Attorney Charges "Jetsunma" With Child Stealing

An attorney for Gyaltrul Rinpoche has openly charged New Age "Jetsunma" Alyce Zeoli (also known as Catherine Burroughs) with child stealing on a public internet site. We reproduce the relevant page from that site, including a photograph of "Jetsunma" spiriting away the allegedly "stolen baby."

According to the highly respected attorney Charles Carreon, who has represented Gyaltrul Rinpoche and Yeshe Nyingpo Ashland on numerous occasions, "She actually took this baby from one of her devotees, claiming it was her spiritual child."

Reportedly, the devotee in question, Jaylee Fendantz, was thereafter forced by the portly cult leader -- then going by the name of Catherine Burroughs -- to change her name to "Catherine Anastasia." The whereabouts and welfare of "Catherine Anastasia" are unknown. Following numerous, plaintive and heart-wrenching attempts to see the child by both birth parents, Jaylee and Patrick, both have disappeared under mysterious circumstances.

Later, the child in question began to experience psychological distress occasioned by the early trauma of being taken from her birth parents, and her exposure to the Maryland-based "Jetsunma Cult" (now known as the "New Palyul Lineage"), with its open "celebration" of gay sex and the use of marijuana.

The child was reportedly treated by Tucson-area psychologist Laura Foley.

Desperation and Fraud

At the vicious web site maintained by Alyce Zeoli (the New Age "Jetsunma," and leader of the New Palyul Lineage Cult), they have gone to elaborate lengths to refute the letter Penor Rinpoche wrote to discipline Alyce -- a letter hand-carried from Namdroling Monastery and directly presented to her, which they now claim was "stolen" in order to be reproduced here. This letter was not stolen, nor is it a forgery, although as we shall soon see, it was used as the basis for a forgery. Copies of this letter were made available to several trusted lamas, together with other letters intended to be used to bring "Jetsunma" to heel.

The cult is disingenuously attempting to defuse this inevitability, and their attempts are almost laughable.

In particular, they have singled out the following elements, and we here quote from the numerous posts they have devoted to this subject:
"This letter is on “Charity Foundation Letterhead” which is incongruent for this type of correspondence."

"There are no signatures handwritten or otherwise."

"It is typewritten in English and His Holiness did not speak fluent English."

"The letter is not written in Holiness’ style of writing."
However, elsewhere on the very same site, they reproduce the letter we show above, which they claim is an authentic letter from Penor Rinpoche. What can we say about this letter?
"This letter is on “Charity Foundation Letterhead” which is incongruent for this type of correspondence."

"There are no signatures handwritten or otherwise."

"It is typewritten in English and His Holiness did not speak fluent English."

"The letter is not written in Holiness’ style of writing."
You cannot have it both ways.

It is interesting -- the person who bravely exposed the frauds being perpetrated by Alyce Zeoli and the New Palyul Lineage, and the person who has been targeted by this toxic cult with an unprecedented two year campaign of perjury, forgery, slander, stalking, false allegations and harassment -- has no connection or interest in the Palyul lineage, has never met or claimed to meet Penor Rinpoche, and adheres to an entirely different lineage: that much is clear from the open record.

The frantic cover-up and hysterical spin doctoring now being engaged in by the New Palyul Lineage, and the strident attacks on critics, are eloquent evidence of just how desperate this cult has become as their reign of terror draws to a close. They have even gone so far as to openly attack very senior Palyul lineage holders, and seem to see elaborate conspiracies.

There is no conspiracy. There is only a long-overdue housecleaning.

The investigation ordered by the legitimate Palyul Lineage into the activities of this breakaway cult in the wake of Penor Rinpoche's death has almost concluded. We are reliably informed that its findings do not bode well for Alyce Zeoli and her band of misfits.

When His Holiness Karma Kuchen, the current Palyul throneholder, visited Alyce last year, he remained polite but did not like what he saw. Returning to Namdroling Monastery, he gave a quiet series of orders.

Those orders are now being carried out by numerous hands and numerous methods.

Alyce Zeoli and her cult have become a legal, financial, and public relations liability to the established Palyul Lineage.

They are on the way out.

The Black Stupa of Poolesville

This is an uncensored photograph of poison oozing from the “Jetsunma Stupa” at Poolesville, Maryland. Lamas who have seen this believe that the stupa is actually producing negative energy. Of interest: crops and animals in the surrounding area have suddenly and unaccountably died.

Who Is "Lay Girl?"

We found the following post in an old internet archive, and reproduce it here as a public service:
Alyce Zeoli's cult regularly solicits money from the general public under a variety of pretexts and for a number of ostensible purposes. One favourite ploy is “Tibetan Refugee Relief.” As we shall see, there is considerable question regarding who is being relieved, and how.

When, in early 2008, investigators found that money was being collected for India  but not being sent to India (it was being used to pay Alyce Zeoli’s personal expenses), the following email was sent by a KPC agent (ever ready to fall on her sword) in an attempt to divert further questions:
“It looks like we need to send $2,041 to Namdroling.
Here is a letter that can accompany the check that
details the recipients and the amounts owed each.
Once I know how much money is in the account, I can
write a check for the rest.  Then we will need to get
a cashier’s check to “Penor Rinpoche Charitable
Foundation.”  Lama Lobsang felt this was the best way
to send the money, although it is very slow.  It would
be faster to send via western union but then there
would be a commission taken out.  Which would you
recommend? I am very sorry that this has lingered so long.  I
hope that I will never be the cause of others to be
without funds in the future.”

What KPC did not know, when they provided that letter to investigators, is that the ability to follow up on their claims was already in place. On 2/26/08, the following email was sent to a cooperating individual well-placed at Namdroling Monastery:

“See the attachment and check if these people listed actually exist.”

On 3/7/08 came the reply:
“It looks as if those names are more Gelugpa names than Nyingma. Ani Shedra I assume means Ani monastery. As far as I know we do not actually have anything to do with the Tibetan Refugee sponsorship. This handled by Tibetan government in first camp which is also one of the addresses you have there. We have between 600 and 700 nuns in Ani Gompa. What would be this money sent for? They are really odd amounts. Could it be connected with commissions rather than donation? I do not know it to be so and I do not know it not to be so but it is commonly believed that Lobsang has run and may be still running a visa operation. Camp 1 is a Gelugpa camp quite some way from our monastery. I can go and see if House 66 exists tomorrow but we have to be very careful at the moment, over a dozen people got killed here in the last few days with the protector controversy in nearby Sera, the police is all over the place and curfew are in place after 8pm. Today one of our camp people was also killed in front of his house, so we are a little careful about getting out. Dragpa Lama is one of the very ethical older monk who used to take care of finances before Lobsang took over. He was ousted by the latter a couple of years ago and does not have any official duties nor powers anymore as far as I know. I am surprised they would send money via him. They could send a deposit straight into the Charity account too. “Lay Girl” is totally impossible to check of course.. maybe this is somebody’s little joke (somebody's girl is getting laid). Lobsang has not been seen here for a couple of days at least, you may find that he maybe out of the country and heading your way– just a upposition but plausible in view of the circumstances.”

Cover Up Uncovered

Alyce Zeoli, who calls her @ahkonlhamo on Twitter, and "Jetsunma" everywhere else, tries to conceal the fact that she has a criminal record. But, here is the proof:

“State of Maryland vs. Alyce Zeoli”
Criminal case number: 5D00037826
Charge: Battery
The trial took place on November 8th, 1996, at 9:00am at the District Court of Maryland for Montgomery Country.

The Montgomery County Maryland Department of Police: G96228930
Date of original report: September 7, 1996
Investigating Officer: Lt. Jacocks
Statement of charges filed: September 9, 1996
Commissioner: A. Williams, I.D. 6563.
A supplement was added to G96228930 on September 27, 1996, that the case was closed by the arrest of Alyce Zeoli, a/k/a Jetsunma, a/k/a Akhon Lhamo Rinpoche

No Confidence

This letter, written by His Holiness Penor Rinpoche to Alyce Zeoli ("Jetsunma," of the "New Palyul Lineage," or Jetsunma Cult in Poolesville, Maryland, known as @ahkonlhamo on Twitter), not long before his death, is just one of the many secrets she tries to hide with her scurrilous slander campaign directed against critics.

You will note that H.H. Penor Rinpoche specifically tells her to, "...stop deceiving people saying that you are authorised by me to teach the Buddhadharma," and makes reference to previous conversations in which he has attempted to stop her from lying about her changed status within the Palyul lineage.

H.H. Penor Rinpoche is kind, and states his belief that, "...your actions are caused by an illness that has infected your mind. I urge you to seek medical help immediately."

It is a matter of public record that Alyce Zeoli has been under the care of a psychiatrist, off and on for most of her life, and that she is currently taking psychiatric medication to control psychosis.

Keep this in mind if you are contacted by anyone claiming to represent her, or the "KPC" cult that is devoted to keeping her lies alive.

Pathetic Nonsense

The Jetsunma Cult is making a great deal of noise about the death, at 80 years of age, as a result of surgery, of a rather pathetic individual they call "Ani" Palchen -- calling her death "liberation," "an American miracle," and in one case, "enlightenment."

Somebody needs to tell these grossly deluded people that highly realized practitioners do not die with their mouths open, nor does the mouth relax and open post-mortem.

Both of the above photographs have been published and widely circulated as "evidence" of "enlightenment."
