An Open Challenge to the Palyul Retreat

As anyone who follows her posts on Twitter already knows, Ahkon Lhamo, who likes to call herself "Jetsunma," is becoming more and more erratic and embarrassing not only to the Palyul lineage, but to the Nyingma School as a whole. Lately, she has become increasingly abusive toward others. As an example, in the post above, you see the low esteem in which she holds the Palyul khenpos at this year's retreat.

In the post above, you see an argumentative and abusive "Jetsunma" admit that she has purchased and is employing "night vision" surveillance equipment against people she considers her "enemies." This is clear evidence of an extremely sick mind. These are not the actions of an enlightened master, nor of a "Living Buddha," as she has instructed her students to refer to her.

The longer that Palyul lineage tulkus and khenpos permit this behavior to go unchallenged, the greater the harm. Whether Palyul leaders feel they are honoring Penor Rinpoche's memory, whether they feel they are being polite, or whether it is just typical evasion of an uncomfortable situation, the fact remains that silence implies consent. Ahkon Lhamo is a drug abuser, an alcoholic, and an unstable psychiatric patient on heavy medication -- all of which she attempts to conceal at any cost. If her conduct is left unchecked, she will continue to harm others, and will become an even greater danger to herself.

We openly challenge those now attending the Palyul retreat in upstate New York to expose and condemn Ahkon Lhamo's long record of deception and abuse. 

To do otherwise is cowardice.

We also openly challenge those who offer financial sponsorship to Palyul projects and events to withhold their support until this disgrace to the lineage has been rectified. 

Does it make any sense at all to donate money that is used to stalk and harass others?

Finally, let it be understood that this problem will not just resolve itself. When the tulkus and khenpos who are attending this year's retreat applied for entry into the United States, they promised American authorities that they would behave appropriately. Unless these tulkus and khenpos actually endorse the harm and harassment of United States citizens, they should make their position on Ahkon Lhamo's conduct very, very clear indeed.

There is no good reason not to do so.

Dr. Schwetz and Liberation Farms

Somebody might want to get with the Bank of America legal department and check this out. Susan A. Homire and her estranged husband Bernard A. Schwetz, operating under the Homire-Schwetz Family Revocable Trust dated 5/2/03, are claiming in January 2008 that 17601 Conoy Road, Barnesville, Maryland 20838 is "such mortgagor's principal residence," in return for a fat two hundred grand.

Except.... 

Except, Susie Homire, who also goes by the name "Rabden," and poor Bernie don't live there. According to federal election contribution records -- and her own incessant "tweets" -- this is the principal residence of Alyce Zeoli -- the infamous "Liberation Farms" of the equally infamous "Jetsunma" of the New Palyul Lineage Cult, also known as KPC.

Maybe somebody needs to visit with Dr. Bernard A. Schwetz, who presumably knows something about toxicology and experiments with humans, and and wise him up about "Rabden's" involvement with the toxic cult that so enjoys experimenting with the lives of others.

Never fear, gentle readers... as long as KPC continues to intimidate, harass, and cyberstalk others, we will continue to follow the sad record of their scams, frauds, and selfish plans to feather the already well-feathered nest of "Jetsunma:" the Buddhist Tammy Faye Baker?

Pity that the property has now become a crash pad for drugged out musicians and Zeoli's cult of fake monastics. Here is one open record, a screenshot taken directly from the web, demonstrating that the house has become an "anything goes" center, with boarders paying heavy rents for the privilege of basking in their twisted leader's fading light. While not out searching for employment, "Ani Hesper" likes to talk smack on Twitter these days. Strange how Dr. Schwetz forgot to mention her when he was negotiating with the bank.

Is it also possible that Dr. Schwetz also forgot to mention Alyce Zeoli and the compassionate and beneficial Jane Drake (any relation to Paul?) when he was claiming a homestead exemption on the property:

 

Seems there are a lot of things Bernie doesn't like to reveal. Interesting, how this former Food and Drug Administration official neglects to inform that an automobile registered to Alyce Zeoli was stopped and impounded in Texas, a quantity of narcotics was seized, and the driver and passenger arrested.

Was Alyce Zeoli's cult running narcotics from Arizona to Maryland, to the homestead and principal residence of a former Food and Drug Administration official? How much did he know, and when did he know it?

Defaming Stupas

 

The sick spectacle on Twitter just will not stop. Self-styled "lineage holder" Alyce Zeoli or @ahkonlhamo (she calls herself "Jetsunma") recently devoted several posts to defaming a stupa building project being conducted by someone she considers an "enemy." To accomplish this, Alyce used both her own account, and those of her alter ego @italiansteed -- wherein she claimed to be a student of Sogyal Rinpoche! Alyce also published critical blog posts, and a host of sarcastic "tweets" we will not bother to reproduce.

 

What is interesting to note is that, in the wake of her slanders, Alyce (1) had a $250,000 note called on a house she claims is a temple, (2) her dog died, (3) her friend died, (4) her health declined, and (5) her posts became increasingly violent and psychotic in nature.

Apparently, Alyce doesn't understand cause and effect very well. Today, the vilification of the stupas by Alyce and her cult "KPC," or the "New Palyul Lineage" was resumed by a KPC "nun," Christine Hatchion, also known on Twitter as @sangyeH. 

This is incredibly ignorant behavior by people who claim to be followers of the Nyingma School of Tibetan Buddhism. Alyce Zeoli and the New Palyul Lineage have disgraced the memory of Penor Rinpoche and shocked the conscience of Buddhists everywhere.

To the Maryland Attorney General: UPDATED X2

Today, a cult organization in Poolesville and Barnesville, Maryland posted the above notice on their web site http://www.tara.org, soliciting funds from the general public and in interstate commerce. You will notice they have published the claim their property and assets will be seized if they do not get $250,000 by:00 p.m. the 29th of April.

You will also find that the leader of this cult, Alyce Zeoli, published fundraising appeals linked to this claim on Twitter, where she participates using numerous avatars, inclusive of @ahkonlhamo.

When other participants on Twitter asked to see proof of the above claims, i.e. that a "Buddhist" temple in Maryland was about to have its property and assets seized, Alyce Zeoli and her group responded by trying to have the critic's account shut down. They also refused to provide any documentation supporting their claims of financial emergency, such as the name of the involved bank, or a copy of the letter of impending seizure.

This group, Kunzang Palyul Choling, has a long history of abuse of the public trust in financial dealings, in Maryland, Arizona, elsewhere in the United States and overseas.

As Buddhists and concerned citizens, we are asking you to open an immediate and detailed investigation into this organization and its leadership for fraudulent fundraising practices, and to conduct a complete and thorough audit of their financial affairs, with particular reference to self-dealing and conversion of assets involving the group's leadership.

UPDATED:
So, if you donated money to this "telethon" in the belief that a Buddhist temple was at risk -- as the KPC people claimed -- you are in for a big surprise:

"Coincidentally, our attorneys were able to arrange a two-week extension... " So, knowing that, they went ahead with the appeal anyway. Whatever works, right?

A telephone call to the M&T Bank Legal Department would have saved everyone a lot of panic. They refused to confirm the "Temple seizure" story.

Here it is in black and white -- evidence of fraudulent claims.

That's David A. Williams, presumably sobered up long enough to be "tweeting" as @kpcmonk while assisting in the scheme. Use of the various communications devices and mediums, plus the self-admitted international angle, raises this from state jurisdiction to a federal matter.

Descent Into Madness

It is a sad and at times frightening thing to witness. New Palyul Lineage cult guru Alyce Zeoli ("Jetsunma" to her followers) is rapidly disintegrating, in real time, in public, on Twitter where she "tweets" as @ahkonlhamo.

Actually @ahkonlhamo is only one of her Twitter personas. It is the face she reserves for promoting her CD, endless boasting about projects she did years ago, and meaningless New Age babble about love, love, love.

But lately, Alyce hasn't been very loving, as she ruthlessly indulges her obsession with a man who she believes dumped her, and a courageous nun who helped him escape her clutches. If you examine her timeline, you see pages and pages of "tweets" seething with anger, jealousy, and cold hatred: all directed to these two people. You also see evidence such as provided by the screen shot above, that Alyce is losing her mind: a sudden rant directed to nobody in particular, or maybe a voice she hears inside her head.

Alyce's avatars make no pretense of loving kindness. These include @italiansteed, @shamanspell, @puredharma, @michangel1948, and @kpcmonk, to name but a few of the more than fifty -- yes, fifty -- sock puppets she employs to pummel her two "enemies." Alyce has developed a peculiar fixation. She believes that two Twitter personas, @DSZBuddha and @crystalshakti, are operated by her "enemies." Each day, Alyce and her several personalities publish waves of scurrilous attacks against the two. The constant battling has disgusted most of the on-line Buddhist community, but it continues day and night, week after week: a constant barrage of threats, vulgarity, and coarse innuendo.

Is this Tibetan Buddhism? As one of Alyce's many on-line critics points out, if you want to confirm whether or not Penor Rinpoche's letter denouncing Alyce is genuine or not, all you have to do is visit her on Twitter. Both she and her students provide ample evidence every day that Penor Rinpoche's letter is absolutely authentic.

Alyce Zeoli has violated the confidence that was once placed in her, twisting the dharma for over twenty years to support a profligate lifestyle that includes sex with her students (male and female), drugs, and alcohol abuse. She has used precious Vajrayana teachings in the manner of a witch, to call down curses upon people she perceives as enemies: people who she fears with testify against her on a witness stand someday soon.

However, according to the very teachings she has so carelessly violated, there is a heavy penalty for such conduct: a descent into madness, as prelude to an eternity in the Vajra Hells.

Because Alyce Zeoli's conduct is so bizarre -- there is reason to believe that she and her followers are at this moment conspiring to commit a kidnapping -- police in at least three different states are investigating: "followers" that may include some of the Twitter personas she singles out for vilification. 

It isn't difficult to earn a display of Alyce Zeoli's gutter tactics.

Just go on Twitter, and tell her she's not a Queen.

Perhaps Alyce Zeoli should connect one of her disconnected thoughts: "I feel she should go for Psych eval and U go with. Or she will in fear act like no problem."

Attorney Charges "Jetsunma" With Child Stealing

An attorney for Gyaltrul Rinpoche has openly charged New Age "Jetsunma" Alyce Zeoli (also known as Catherine Burroughs) with child stealing on a public internet site. We reproduce the relevant page from that site, including a photograph of "Jetsunma" spiriting away the allegedly "stolen baby."

According to the highly respected attorney Charles Carreon, who has represented Gyaltrul Rinpoche and Yeshe Nyingpo Ashland on numerous occasions, "She actually took this baby from one of her devotees, claiming it was her spiritual child."

Reportedly, the devotee in question, Jaylee Fendantz, was thereafter forced by the portly cult leader -- then going by the name of Catherine Burroughs -- to change her name to "Catherine Anastasia." The whereabouts and welfare of "Catherine Anastasia" are unknown. Following numerous, plaintive and heart-wrenching attempts to see the child by both birth parents, Jaylee and Patrick, both have disappeared under mysterious circumstances.

Later, the child in question began to experience psychological distress occasioned by the early trauma of being taken from her birth parents, and her exposure to the Maryland-based "Jetsunma Cult" (now known as the "New Palyul Lineage"), with its open "celebration" of gay sex and the use of marijuana.

The child was reportedly treated by Tucson-area psychologist Laura Foley.

Desperation and Fraud

At the vicious web site maintained by Alyce Zeoli (the New Age "Jetsunma," and leader of the New Palyul Lineage Cult), they have gone to elaborate lengths to refute the letter Penor Rinpoche wrote to discipline Alyce -- a letter hand-carried from Namdroling Monastery and directly presented to her, which they now claim was "stolen" in order to be reproduced here. This letter was not stolen, nor is it a forgery, although as we shall soon see, it was used as the basis for a forgery. Copies of this letter were made available to several trusted lamas, together with other letters intended to be used to bring "Jetsunma" to heel.

The cult is disingenuously attempting to defuse this inevitability, and their attempts are almost laughable.

In particular, they have singled out the following elements, and we here quote from the numerous posts they have devoted to this subject:

"This letter is on “Charity Foundation Letterhead” which is incongruent for this type of correspondence."

"There are no signatures handwritten or otherwise."

"It is typewritten in English and His Holiness did not speak fluent English."

"The letter is not written in Holiness’ style of writing."

However, elsewhere on the very same site, they reproduce the letter we show above, which they claim is an authentic letter from Penor Rinpoche. What can we say about this letter?

 "This letter is on “Charity Foundation Letterhead” which is incongruent for this type of correspondence."

"There are no signatures handwritten or otherwise."

"It is typewritten in English and His Holiness did not speak fluent English."

"The letter is not written in Holiness’ style of writing."

You cannot have it both ways. 

It is interesting -- the person who bravely exposed the frauds being perpetrated by Alyce Zeoli and the New Palyul Lineage, and the person who has been targeted by this toxic cult with an unprecedented two year campaign of perjury, forgery, slander, stalking, false allegations and harassment -- has no connection or interest in the Palyul lineage, has never met or claimed to meet Penor Rinpoche, and adheres to an entirely different lineage: that much is clear from the open record. 

The frantic cover-up and hysterical spin doctoring now being engaged in by the New Palyul Lineage, and the strident attacks on critics, are eloquent evidence of just how desperate this cult has become as their reign of terror draws to a close. They have even gone so far as to openly attack very senior Palyul lineage holders, and seem to see elaborate conspiracies.

There is no conspiracy. There is only a long-overdue housecleaning.

The investigation ordered by the legitimate Palyul Lineage into the activities of this breakaway cult in the wake of Penor Rinpoche's death has almost concluded. We are reliably informed that its findings do not bode well for Alyce Zeoli and her band of misfits. 

When His Holiness Karma Kuchen, the current Palyul throneholder, visited Alyce last year, he remained polite but did not like what he saw. Returning to Namdroling Monastery, he gave a quiet series of orders.

Those orders are now being carried out by numerous hands and numerous methods.

Alyce Zeoli and her cult have become a legal, financial, and public relations liability to the established Palyul Lineage.

They are on the way out.
